Deal Seafront – Walk, Cycle, Relax
Deal in Kent has a lovely seafront promenade and a pebble beach with small fishing boats pulled up on the shingle. You’ll find a range of restaurants, pubs and cafes along the seafront, plus fish & chips and a traditional shellfish stall.
There is a cycle path running from Kingsdown past Walmer and Deal castles and as far as the pier. There is also a cafe at the end of Deal’s quarter mile long pier.
Deal beach was number 1 in the Telegraph’s ’10 top spots to lay your beach towel’.
